The lady working there was passive aggressive and condescending. She seemed to have zero interest to help, despite my polite and passive tone.
- SSSpecialityGaystonomyAficionadoApr 1, 20211.0Went to post a parcel that I previously labelled at home (I have printed the label via the Royal Mail website) and the employee sticked a barcode (internal sticker) on top of the recipient's address and the parcel was delivered back to me 2 weeks later because the recipient address was not clear. I had pictures of the parcel that I posted before they sticked that label so I could prove that it was their fault but when I first complained (went back to the post office) they dismissed me, insisting it was my fault. I had to make an official complaint online and I got my money back 1 month later (plus they admitted it was a mistake by the employee of the postal office).
